Eudo traces its history to 2001, when Brian Quebengco, still an undergraduate of Human Resource Development then, stumbled upon a book entitled, “Now, Discover Your Strengths,” published by The Gallup Organization. Since then, Brian continuously immersed himself into the strengths philosophy and inevitably grew a passion for it, having seen how focusing on one’s strengths can powerfully revolutionize and make more effective the way individuals, teams, and organizations become productive.
In 2012, Brian recognized the opportunity to provide Coaching & Development in a radically different way – using the strengths philosophy, combined with the progressive method of teaching – to support and boost employee engagement and performance development in organizations. It was then that Eudo was founded.
From Eudo’s small beginnings doing workshops in colleges, it has slowly grown to expand its Strengths advocacy to corporations, ministry and education. It began not as another coaching and consulting firm, but as a pioneer in and champion of the Strengths revolution in the Philippines.
Eudo has become a strategic partner to Human Resource and Learning & Development departments because of today’s growing need to increase employee engagement and performance.
